For a single attachment or a larger project, all pole attachment requests must follow Big Rivers' Pole Attachment Tariff, as approved by the Public Service Commission of Kentucky.

This group is responsible for attachment and joint use agreements, managing the attachment and approval process, design and construction standards, and billing.
